Pallet Changer Lubrication

Lubricate roller chain and motor chain

• Lubricate the pallet changer roller chain with an oil can or a spray can and check it for a fixed seat.

• Remove the covers at both pallet changer feet an lubricate the motor chains with an oil can or spray can and check it for a fixed seat.

• Put the covers back on

Lubricate carriages and ball screw

• Move the pallet carrier to a position where the grease nipples at the carriages can be reached.

• Clean the grease nipples with a cleaning rag.

• Remove the cover at both pallet changer feet

• Lubricate the carriages using a grease nipple with a grease gun.

• Clean the grease nipples of the ball screw bearing unit and the ballscrew nut with a cleaning rag.

• Lubricate the ball screw bearing unit and the ball screw nut using the grease nipples with a grease gun.

• Put the covers back on.
