Preventive Maintenance Schedule for State Fleet Vehicles: Highway Patrol at 30,000 and 60,000 Miles

Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure their operation at peak efficiency, including fuel efficiency, emissions systems, etc. This checklist will help you maintain vehicles and related equipment to fulfill manufacturer’s warranty requirements and pursue warranty repairs where applicable; research and follow up on any applicable recalls or service bulletins.

    This checklist is with the exception of the Dodge Charger which will require the service at 60,000 Miles only.

    NOTE: ALL receipts/invoices for services or repairs must be sent to the nearest DOT district or to State Fleet Services for data entry into our fleet management system. (Fuel receipts do not need to be sent in.)

    Check all fluid levels and fill as necessary
