Is the correct wash being displayed on the confirmation board?
Is the presoak arch (260) spraying properly, all nozzles unclogged and spraying in correct direction?
Is the rain bar (250) flowing from the entire bar?
Is the top brush being lubricated properly and nozzles spraying in correct direction?
Is the bug goo (520) being sprayed on the front and rear bumper?
Are the CTA’s (205) spraying properly and at the correct time to cover the tire?
Is the triple foam (341-343) the correct consistency and covering the entire car?
Are the rockers being lubricated?
Are the Super Flexes being lubricated properly?
Are the Super Flexes wrapping around the entire car?
Are the ends of the Super Flexes angling back properly?
Is the Omni free of any clogged tips?
Are the side blasters coning correctly and turning side to side?
Is the brightening gloss (427) being distributed throughout the entire bar? (no large gaps)
Is the UV protectant wax (441) covering the car?
Is the drying agent (400)/ or the Clear coat protectant (421) spraying out of all nozzles properly?
Are the side mirror rinse nozzles spraying properly and pointing in the right direction to rinse the side mirrors?
Is the rain bar (spot free RO) spraying properly and no clogged holes?
Is the tire shine (1702) dispensing evenly on the brush on both passenger and driver sides? (look for yellow dots on brush)?
Are all the dryers turning on, air locks opening, and air nozzles turning correctly on the end dryers to face the back of the car?
Is the water beading and moving off of the car correctly? If water is turning ‘lacey or sticky’ then there is probably a drying agent clogged tip.
Are the ‘Drive Off Shine On’ lights being displayed and at the proper time?
Is the digital display on and displaying correctly?
Are the mirrors at the exit end of the tunnel clean?
Did all tunnel equipment have proper timing?
Is there sufficient chemical in the tire shine (more than 1/3 full)?
Are the tubes leaving the tire shine containers full of chemical? (no empty or clear tubes)
Is there salt in the salt container?
Is there sufficient water in the RO tank? (if it’s less than ¼ full, there is most likely a problem that needs exploring)
Does the digital display on the ‘outflow’ show less than 8 ppm?
Are all switches in the ‘on’ position on the RO unit?
When you engage each chemical, is it pulling properly to verify no clogged tips? (421 clogs most often)
Are there chemicals in each of the chemical containers?
Are both air compressors on and functioning properly?
Was the room free of water or oil leaks?
