Staff doing inspection should initial each box as he/she finds that item is functioning OK.
Running Hours (check the hourly gauge and enter amount)
Generator is clean and in good condition.
Shed is clean and in good condition.
Fuel tank at least 50% full.
No fuel leaks.
Fuel cap is on.
Motor oil level is okay.
Motor oil condition is okay.
Radiator has no leaks.
Radiator coolant level is okay.
Battery connections are good.
Battery water level is okay.
Battery Charger is charging.
No leaks. (look under the generator)
Exhaust system is functioning normally.
Auto-start is working.
All tools and equipment are present and in good condition.
Fire extinguisher is present.
Fire extinguisher is working.
List other equipment.
First Aid Kit is present.
First Aid is complete.
Water decanter is okay. (does it need to be drained)

Are the Daily Forms present?
Are the manuals present?
Start Engine
Pre-heating works.
Motor start easily.
Oil pressure is okay.
Batteries are charging.
