Perform these actions for each extinguisher location
Extinguisher Locations
Verify that the extinguisher at each location passes the inspection. Select "Pass" if there are no issues to be noted. Select "Flag" if the extinguisher passes, but there are issues with the mount or signage. Select "Fail" if the extinguisher does not pass due to an extinguisher defect.
