All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
1. Fire Extinguishers: Signs in Place, Fully Charged, Stations Numbered
2. All Exit Lights Functioning
3. All emergency lights functioning
4. Exit plans posted
5.Sprinkler Heads Clear, Clean, Not Blocked
6. Sprinkler Head Wrench and Spare Heads Available
7. Supplemental Exit signs in place and visible
8. Exits free from stored flammables or combustibles
9. Perform monthly calibration of infrared thermometer
10. Check sprinkler main valves using FM global protocol
11. Check all dryer sprinklers monthly as directed by the reliability scorecard and PM Schedules.
