Filters

• engine oil IR-0739 (A-LF667)

• fuel, water 131-1812 (33638)

• hydraulic filter 465-6506 (BT40066MPG)(WL10535)

• inner air 222-9021 (A-AF26396)

• outer air 222-9020 (A-AF26395)

• fuel 145-4501 (33132)

• 15W-40 4.2 gallons

Check axle oil level

• Remove dipstick for front and rear axle oil levels

• Top off oil as necessary in both axles

• axles take cat TDTO

Replace secondary fuel filter

• R&R secondary fuel filter

• install new filter by hand, tighten 3/4 turn past seal contact

Replace primary fuel filter

• R&R primary fuel filter located near secondary fuel filter

• Remove water separator bowl

• Replace filter O-rings

• Install water separator bowl onto new filter

• Prime fuel system

Change engine oil and filter

• open crankcase drain valve on Left hand side of engine

• allow oil to drain completely and close valve

• Remove engine oil filter on left hand side of machine

• Lubricate and pre-fill new engine oil filter

• tighten filter 3/4 of a turn past seal contact

• add engine oil until it has reached the full mark on dipstick

• Refill with 4.2 gallons of 15W-40

R&R crankcase breather filter on right hand side of the machine

• turn cover 1/4 clockwise in order to remove

• remove filter element from the housing and clean housing

• Lubricate new O-ring and install

• Install new filter element and replace cover

R&R engine air filters

• open engine air filter housing

• remove inner and outer air filters

• clean debris from air filter housing

• install inner and outer air filters

R&R transmission oil filter on LH side of machine behind steps

• Remove filter from filter base

• lubricate O-ring on new filter

• Install new filter element

Check transmission oil level

• Check the transmission oil level with the machine running

• top off oil until it is between the "LOW" and "HIGH" mark on the sight gauge

• Check oil level with the dipstick if the sight gauge is unreadable

• Top off with Cat HYDO

Check hydraulic oil level

• Check hydraulic oil level, maintain between top and bottom mark on sight gauge

• add Cat HYDO or Hy-gard as necessary

Check condition of accessory drive belts

Replace cab fresh air filter

• R&R cab. fresh air filter and clean debris

Replace cab recirculation air filter

• R&R cab recirculation filter

Blow out and clean cooling package

• utilize compressed air to clean debris from cooling package
