Overhead/ Aboveground Tanks
Engineering/ Contractor - Inspect tank shell condition for signs of damage/ deterioration/ leaks
Engineering/ Contractor - Inspect tank stand condition for damage/ deterioration and secure to bund
Engineering/ Contractor - Inspect tank straps are in place, in good condition and correctly fastened
Engineering/ Contractor - Inspect tank safety ladder and platform/ walkways are in good condition and correctly installed/ secured
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank free-vents are clear of debris/ foreign objects
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank P&V vents for (audible/ visible) leaks
Engineering/ Contractor - Check fill ine for visible leaks
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank dipstick present and not damaged
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank outlet fittings and hoses for any signs of deterioration, leaks or loose connections
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank low point drain for any signs of leaks or loose connections
Engineering/ Contractor - Check tank is correctly earthed

Engineering/ Contractor - Check bund drain hydrocarbon filter installed and element free of product trace

Engineering/ Contractor - Check electrical wiring is correctly installed/ connected
Engineering/ Contractor - Check pump hydraulic stack for any signs of leaks/ damage or gaskets to be changed
Engineering/ Contractor - Check pump display and preset keypad clear and not damaged
