The checklist's aim is to maintain the appearance, condition, and longevity of vehicle or equipment tires by regularly applying tire shine as part of a scheduled upkeep routine.

Who is the team member completing this work?

Gather required tools.

Grease 360 rotational bearings with 1 to 2 pumps of Marine Grease

Check for damaged bump stops

Lubricate air cylinders with spray-on lubricant. Cylinder is protected. (Fluid Film is recommended)

Check wash material for wear

Check for loose hardware (nuts, bolts, lines)

Ensure movement is smooth during extension and retraction

Pressure wash the tire brush thoroughly while it is spinning for 3-5 minutes each side
