    Grease fan shaft bearings with .5- 1 oz of grease.

    Remove front lower cover to expose motor, bearings, and belts. check condition and tension of all belts.

    Grease basket drive and idler bearings with .5-1 oz of grease. Note: some dryers come with sealed bearings and will not need to be greased.

    Remove lint accumulation from control and area behind control box

    Inspect the insulation around the drum to ensure it is in good condition and secure. Replace any insulation that is missing.

    Check integrity of blower wheel mount. clean any lint buildup on blower wheel

    If applicable, test fire suppression system . Live electrical permit may be required.

    Inspect the color of the burner flame, it should be blue with yellow tips. Check flame for even distribution.
