Perform LOTO in accordance with the LOTO Risk Assessment.
Chain
Check chain tension. See Appendix 1.
Clean chain of excess dirt and dust.
Lubricate Chain. See Appendix 1.
Motor
Check that motor is properly ventilated ( Free from Lint) See Appendix 2 Fan Cover
Rail
Clean all rail slides.
Chain
Inspect and clean Glide bearing assemblies at each end of the Metristore conveyor.
Inspect for damaged or worn bearing assembly.
