THIS PROCEDURE WILL BE PERFORMED EVERY MONTH OR SOONER IF REQUIRED
ADHERE TO ALL GMP, SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND LOTO PROCEDURES THAT ARE ESTABLISHED IN THE AREA.
ONLY USE QUALITY CONTROL APPROVED CLEANING AGENTS AND LUBRICANTS
REFER TO MAINTENANCE MANUAL ATTACHED TO THIS WORKORDER.
CHECK THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF SYSTEM FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE
CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR NORMAL OPERATIONAL BEHAVIOR: RUNNING NOISE, HEAT FORMATION, ODOR DEVELOPMENT

CHECK COOLANT HOSES, FITTINGS AND PLUGGED CONNECTIONS FOR LEAKS.
CHECK THE COOLANT QUALITY IN SECONDARY CIRCUIT
SECONDARY CIRCUIT COOLANT: REMOVE CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGIC CONTAMINATION IMMEDIATELY, CLEAN COOLANT CIRCUIT AND REPLACE THE CONTAMINATED COOLANT.
