How to start a Maintenance work order

• ,On the home page select +New work order in the top right corner of the screen.

After selecting new work order it will open a new work order.

• Select the USE A TEMPLATE button next to the; what needs to be done title?

Once selected it will pull up the different work order templates

• Select Site level Maintenance work order.

• It will highlight when selected, then press use template in the bottom right corner.

Once the site level maintenance wo template is open edit the title

• Site Level (Department) WO - (Put in Site number and Site Name) - (Put in brief description)

• Example of Title - Site Level Maintenance WO - U001 Cheyenne - Mitter curtain not working

Select Attachments -

• Add pictures of the equipment that isn't working.

• Add photos of part number or relays if known or needed.

• Select add photos (this will automatically open the photo library; you can select the photos you want and press upload).

Description

• Give a detailed description of the issue. Try to include as much detail as possible. Include anything that you might have tried to resolve the issue.

• Questions to ask yourself while describing the issue, Would I understand what I'm saying? Does this explain the issue enough for someone to read and understand the problem? Did I include all errors that were noticed?

• Example, the mitter curtain no longer swings back and forth. I tried forcing it on at the wbc relay 21, but the curtain doesn't move. Earlier that day we did hear some squealing when the mitter was moving. About mid-day we could no longer here the noise and noticed the mitter curtain was no longer moving. The last greasing was done last Monday, it was really hard to grease and didn't take very much grease. After looking at the mitter drive rode I noticed it hanging down. Looks like the bearing broke. Ive have turned it off in the wbc relay 21.

Select the drop arrow in the right corner and select the correct department

• Maintenance work orders are to be assigned to Maintenance department and the head of the Maintenace (i.e. Gary Barnett)

• Example Site level (Maintenace) work order (U001 Cheyenne) Mitter Curtain- Would select Maintenace (Vegas or Phoenix depending on your market location). Then they would assign it to Gary.

Select the Priority

• Low- It does not affect the customer experience or quality of the wash. (Example- Zirk fitting broke off.)

• Medium- It doesn't affect the customer experience but affects the quality of the wash. (Example- blower lights not coming on.)

• High- Directly affects the customer experience and quality of the wash. (Example- blower motor down.)

Select the location the work order is being requested at.

• Type the name of the store then select it when it appears.

Select the Categories

• Select the drop tab in the right corner

• When selecting the category, select the category that matches your work order. (example this WO is about the mitters)

• After you have selected the piece of equipment you can add another category (i.e., Electrical, damage, mechanical, inspection) this will help with finding the issue later down the road.

Select Create

• Once you select create it, it will be sent to the department manager for approval.
