Door Integrity - Inspect Door Seals, Door Moves Freely, Door Latch Functional, Test Exit Bell Function, No Rust Visible
Walls
Walls - Free of Rust, No Flaking Paint, No Exposed Foam Core, No Missing FIxings, Flashings Secure
Ceiling
Ceiling - Penetrations Flashed, No Open holes, Free From Mould, No Leaks Present, No Exposed Foam Core
Floor
Flooring - In good condition, Coving intact and in good condition
Drainage - Drain Covers in Place, No Build up in drain, No Obnoxious Odor, Drain Grate intact, Drain Grate Clean
Mesh Flooring - Intact and in good condition, no mould build up
Rails
Rail Check - Rails Clean, Rail Overheads Clean, Rail Fixings in Place, All Gates Functioning, All Gate Switches Functional, No Loose Items On Gate Switches
Lighting
Lighting Checks - All Lights visibly secure, All Lights Working, Running Man Visible, Running Man Illuminated
Refrigeration
FDC Units Visual Inspection - Fans Intact, Guarding in place and secure, Coil Clean, Coil in good condition, Fans Operational
FDC - Drip Tray in Good Condition, No Leaks / Condensation, Drain intact
Gauges and Probes - Temperature Probes Present and in good condition, Temperature Probes Cables In Good Condition, Manual Temperature Gauge Working, Manual Temperature Gauge Secure, Manual Temperature Gauge Undamaged
