Use this checklist to help you conduct basic walkthrough inspections of the facility to make sure that all essential equipment is working properly and that there are fuel release response supplies on hand.

Gauge system installed after 1994 - provide LG-113 listed system
Correct the following conditions which did not comply with System spec in LG 113
Waiting times between delivery and testing
No dispensing between delivery and testing
Test period
Tank Size
Investigate alarms
Provide operation/maintenance manual on-site
Repair/maintain the system
Identify and repair indicated leak (calc. leak rate exceeds threshold, repeated water in tank)
Provide hard copy report including the following:
Tank identification
Time and date of test
Product depth
Product volume
Water Depth
Product Temperature • Duration of the test
Calculated leak rate (required for system installed after 1/1/95)
Leak threshold required for system installed after 1/1/95)
Test result ( PASS or FAIL)
Correct past lack of maintenance of records for three years
Correct test frequency - Test each tank at least once each month
Correct product level during test within 10% of highest operating level and per manufacturer’s specifications
Provide documentation of annual maintenance and service
