Magnum Departure Checklist

Check if the Magnum (T-1057) is in good condition

-Check Tires -Check hitch for any signs of cracks or breakages - Check all lighting (Blinkers/marker lights/brake lights/etc.) when hitched up

• Turn off AC Unit by switching the thermostat off.

• Switch off all the circuit breakers.

• Unplug the trailer and stash the cord adapter near the battery. (Cabinet O).

• Pack up the extra extension cord.

• Release/dump grey water from holding tank if any was used.

• Make sure all netting is tied up. (3 Locations- Front left, Rear left, and Rear right ).

• Tie all black tilt bins shut with bungees.

• Surgery Room: Check that the surgical light has been properly tied back to the wall.

• Surgery Room: Check that all the tubes are tied in order with a bungee.

• Surgery Room: Lay surgical table on the floor.

• Surgery Room: Check that laundry basket is secured with a bungee.

• Make sure paper towels are secured and will not unravel.

• In cabinets: Make sure glass vials are close enough as to not cause any breakages. Close all cabinet doors

• Under white board next to wash sink: Make sure the McKesson plastic jars are closed and run a bungee across the top in order to prevent the jars from falling out.

• Under white board next to wash sink: Secure trash bin and needle bin to the wall using a bungee and the provided d-rings.

• Tie chair under the workbench or lay on the ground. If tying to the bench please make sure to place padding between the chair and workbench.

• Tie rolling admin drawers with a bungee going from top to bottom

• Tie the flip-up rear door ramp with a bungee

• Check that all mops and brooms are secured in the rear corner

• Make sure all other items if loaded into the trailer are laying on the ground or properly secured to the wall

• Latch and close all doors

• Lock main door latch by turning key to the right and then remove the key

• Lock door latch deadbolt, bottom key lock, by turning all the way over to the left and then half turn back to the middle then remove the key.

• Hook pickup up to trailer
