HOURS OF SERVICE
Check for water in hydraulic fluid
Check level of hydraulic oil and oil filter indicator with unit running
Check filter banks for pressure differential, replace filters if over 15 psi

Slitter and Crosscut
With intensifier running check all swivels and manual on/off valves for leaks; ensure blue thread sealant has been used on all connections and they are tight.
With intensifier running check all slitter heads on/off valves for leaks
With intensifier running check all crosscut heads on/off valves for leaks
With intensifier running check all orifices for wear
Check all gaurds for secure mounting
Inspect each head on cross cut for excessive movement, repair as needed
Check all pneumatic solenoids
Inspect for air leaks, repair as needed
Check limit switches, v wheels, tracks. and clean (clean tracks with emry cloth)
Check each head on slitter for excessive movement, repair as needed
Check all e stops for proper operation
Check proximity switches on slitter heads by homing.
Check proximity switches on doors by raising and lowering carrige.
