This annual procedure focuses on different kinds of your equipment's filters and in-track baffles. This will help ensure that your unit performs at it's peak for a long period of time.

    CONDENSATE DRAIN

    Check and clean each year at start of cooling season. In winter, keep drains and traps dry.

    Lubrication

    FAN SHAFT BEARINGS

    Lubricate fan shaft bearings at least once a year with suitable bearing grease. Optional extended grease lines may be provid- ed on pulley side of blower. See table for typical lubricants.
