Olma LP Folder Weekly Preventive Maintenance
It's imperative that your equipment and assets get its weekly maintenance in order to keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure. A successful maintenance strategy requires planning and scheduling maintenance of equipment before a problem occurs.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
LOTO Performed
Check the Machine
General inspection
Clean Machine
Use compressed air to clean exterior and under machine
Use compressed air or vacuum to clean filters and inside side panels
Use pledge and rag to clean skis and drop panels
Remove LOTO
Remove locks in accordance with risk assessment
Check for normal operation
After locks are removed, start up machine and check for normal operation.
