    Pre-Operation Inspection

    The following items should be inspected every time before the vehicle is driven:

    Steering operation.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Brake operation (service and park brake)

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Trailer hitch operation, latch, and wear.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
