Cleaning Procedure

• Turn off the unit and allow it to cool for 30 minutes

• Remove the pans, lids and wire grates

• Wash the pans, lids and wire grates in a dish washer

• Rinse and sanitize the pans, lids and wire grates

• Clean the unit and base with a damp cloth and cleaner degreaser

• Do not immerse unit in water

• Do not use caustic cleaning solutions

• Allow sufficient drying time before attempting to use
