Work Assessment/Inspection
A property turnover checklist is crucial because it ensures a comprehensive inspection of a property when a tenant moves out, allowing for a smooth transition to the next tenant by identifying any necessary repairs, cleaning needs, and potential damage, ultimately minimizing potential disputes over security deposits and maximizing the property's readiness for new occupants while minimizing vacancy periods and associated costs.
