This form helps you ensure that battery connections are secure and your truck structure and hydraulic operation are safe.

    7.10 Check cylinders and piston rods for damage and leaks, and make sure they are secure

    7.11 Check the hydraulic oil level

    There are markings on the hydraulic reservoir. The oil level must be checked when the load forks are lowered.

    If necessary add hydraulic oil of the correct grade (see Section 5.1) – see table.

    Assembly is the reverse order.
