Follow this procedure for the weekly inspection of your meat press including its electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
All maintenance work described in this manual is the responsibility and obligation of the owner!
Repair work that is not explicitly indicated in this manual should not be carried out by the owner since it could result in life-threatening situations and damage to the machine or its surroundings for which Provisur Technologies GmbH cannot be held responsible
If damage is detected, the cause must be determined and rectified immediately before the machine is restarted. Damaged or defective components may only be replaced with original spare parts.
Electrical system
Visually inspect cable for damage to the insulation sheath. If it is damaged, contact the manufacturer to replace cables
Hydraulic system
Check hydraulic fluid level; if required, fill up with hydraulic fluid (necessity to refill may be indicated on the control panel or earlier).

Inspect all hoses, threaded connections, and valves for leakage (escaping hydraulic fluid).
Mechanical/ electrical system
Check attachment of the position sensor on position measuring systems; ensure length and height are correct.

Check attachment of the rotary encoder on angle measuring system; ensure the width is correct.
Mechanical/ electrical system
Check the machine compartment (without covers) for contamination caused by liquids penetrating the system and/or product residue. If necessary, clean with lukewarm water (do not use pressure washers exceeding a pressure of 10 bar / 435 psi, min. distance 3 m /10 ft). Then use a spray oil approved by the food industry to protect the system.

Check connection between ejection cylinder and drawer for tight fit.

Inspect plastic slides inside the drawer (underneath); replace it if necessary.
