Proper maintenance of vibratory parts feeders is essential to keeping the assembly line moving.

Inspect all rubber seals on the vibrator for tears and holes, replace as needed.

Inspect the components of the vibrator for signs of damage or wear.

Test the strength of the vibrator, ensuring that it can smoothly increase or decrease in intensity.

Ensure that the feed pan is mounted firmly within its mounting brackets.

Inspect the feed pan for cracks or discoloration, including weld sites.

Inspect all electrical connectors for any loose connections or damaged wires.

Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight throughout the vibratory feed pan, Including the base plate.
