Tunnel Equipment Condition

• All nozzles Dispensing Chemical Correctly (show should be like watery shaving cream that covers full car

• Chain tension is not within 6 inches of the back wall

• inspect take up drum make sure its free of debris

• Conveyor Trap Doors in good Condition, check bolts and the condition of rubber

• Equipment Timing is correct. Watch how wraps touch the car, look at mirror extended

• Presoaks should be spraying full vehicle, especially covering windshield and front of car

• Tire Brushes are in Good Condition, no bald spots

• Triple foam must be full coverage

• Brushes are moving smoothly not slamming the cars. Brushes should pressure only 4 inches into car

• Brush should gently push car foward as it passes to get rear. is it?

• Look at greasing, Is there blobs of grease hanging of bearings?

• Check cylinder condition. Are they rusty, does the shock appear to be working

• Check pins on cylnders

• All high pressure nozzles are spraying free and aerated, no super sharp spray or leaking

• Radiator fluid in canisters as shock absorber, must be 3/4 full

• Check Tire shine timing and bounce, check the motor for where of both sides

• All Dryers Working and Clean, bolts scured and extra safety cable

• Check Truck bed blower function

• Check Gear and exit section of conveyor make sure its free of debris

• Wait/Go Lights Working clean and timed correctly

Backroom Equipment Check

• All Chemical Inventory Sufficient

• All air pressures to equipment at correct specs and marked with sharpie on working gouge

• Chain Speed at 130cph

• Pulse switch working, check light in TSS Box

• Check for three light in TSS Box to make sure start stop works

• Water softener ON (look at display) Check time

• Salt is full and there is back up

• Backroom floor clear of debris

• Hoses are wrapped up and stored neatly

• Tool bench is clear

• Tools in tool box organized and clean, grease free

• Chemicals are stored and sorted on rack
