Verify Operation Of Unit
Inspect Belts And Pulleys, Replace Or Submit Work Request As Needed
Is 110 Outlet Cover Intact?
During Cold Weather, Verify Heat Tape On Drain Is Working, Submit Work Request As Needed
Was The Work Area Cleaned As Needed? Were All Parts/Fasteners/Tools Accounted For?
If Food Contact Parts/Surfaces Were Exposed, Was A Maintenance Equipment Release Form Completed And Returned With Equipment?
Was LOTO Used During This Work Order?
