Inspect Headlights for proper function High/Low Beams
Inspect proper function of Turn Signals and Hazard Lights
Inspect proper function of Brake lights and Reverse Lights
Check All tires
Visually inspect tires for inflation, tread wear and exposure
Check Oil level and visually check for leaks
Check Transmission fluid level and visually check for leaks
Check Power steering fluid level and visual inspections of power steering lines
Look for any leaks or damages on the lines or reservoir
Check Coolant Level and coolant hoses
check for any leaks
Check Hydraulic Fluid Level
Complete vehicle walk around inspecting all paint, body and decals. Inspect all glass, mirrors, steps and cab interiors for damage and cleanliness
Verify PMI decals are legible and withing interval
Visually inspect piping system for an Leaks
Inspect Nozzles for Leaks. Look for missing or damaged dust caps replace asap if needed
Verify filter change/due dates are legible - replace labels if necessary
Inspect Bonding Cable, Bonding clip, and Reel
Add Ohms on Jet Fuel QC and check for any cracks, damage, or wear on cable and clip. replace asap if worn out
Log in hour meter in meters sections
Meter name
Unit
Check tubing and prist injector
Check dryers on prist
Turn on vehicle and set up for recirc for Prist calibration
Drive Test
Drive around and test drive, brakes, and reverse.
