DAILY CHECKLIST

• Ensure saw is in the off position

• Check lubricants and coolant containers and refill

• Ensure the base plate and clamp are free of debris

• Grease screw shaft and turn plate

• Check all safety guards for damages and debris

• Clean off all working surfaces of chips and debris

WEEKLY CHECKLIST (Maintenance & Machine OP)

• Ensure saw is in off position

• Check gear oil level and refill if necessary

• Grease all moving components such as clamp/table top/spindles/rails etc..

• Drain all containers that hold coolant or water and clean the units before refill

• Check to see of oil mister is properly working and cleaned throughly

• Make sure all functions of the saw are working on/off switch/up/down cycle/clamp in out etc..

• Airlines are in good condition

• All hydraulic or oil lines and cables in good condition

MAINT/MACHINE OP SIGNATURE

MONTHLY CHECKLIST (MAINTENANCE ONLY)

• Check all belts for damage and tighten them if required

• Check suction system - filters /isolators and cells visually

• Check pressure filter

• Open gear box to visually check gears and components for wear and tear

• Replace gear oil if necessary
