Grizzly Feeder Maintenance Plan

Fully utilizing the latest preventive machine maintenance technology can help save aggregates production business owners big money annually. Even performing minor clean-up and inspections around and on a daily basis can yield increased service life.

    Once the right feeder is installed, its scheduled maintenance is composed of a simple, seven-point plan that focuses on each key VGF (Vibrating Grizzly Feeder) component.

    Properly lubricate the vibrator assembly.

    Prevent live frame damage.

    Monitor replaceable pan liners.

    Inspect the grizzly bars after each shift.

    Inspect springs weekly.

    Do not exceed maximum drive speed.

    Practise sound operating tactics.
