Weekly Fire Alarm Test
The weekly tests need to include checks that the following devices have been triggered and then successfully reset, where applicable:
Panel Indicators, Sounders, Beacons, Fire/Smoke Dampers, Speed Gate Turnstiles, Door Releases, Lifts, Boilers, Fly Tower Smoke Vents, Atrium Roof Lights, Signal Received by Central Monitoring.

Lift 4 (Studio Block)

Smoke Vents
Did the Mack Theatre North Vent Open?
Did the Mack Theatre South Vent Open?
Did the Atrium West Side Vents Open?
Did the Atrium East Side Vents Open?
Did the Stairwell 1 Vent Open?

Boilers and Plant
Did the Gas Supply system activate?
Did Boiler 1 gas isolation valve activate and Boiler Shutdown?
