Monthly Maintenance for Automatic Powder Fire Extinguisher System of Blocks P, B, Z, O, Y.

1.1. Check the control panel for power supply, for any hardware fault signals, check the operation of the panel indicators, buttons, internal and external audible alarms by switching the panel to test mode.

1.2. Unplug the panel and remove dust, dirt and other contaminants from the surface of the panel using a debris brush.

1.3. Remove top cover panels And clear All terminals from dirt , dust And corrosion With with help brushes For removal waste And solvent on oil basis _

1.5. Measure the voltage at each battery output. If the voltage value drops below 12 V (the total voltage output on both batteries should not be below 24 V), replace both backup batteries.

1.6. Check the rating of fuse F1 (0.5A) and ease of use.

1.7. Carry out a general inspection of the condition of the powder extinguishing cylinder for any malfunctions, fastenings, condition of pressure gauges, if necessary, clean by removing dirt/dust using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.

1.8. Adjust dates and times in the programming menu of the S2000-ASPT control unit

1.9. Download all archived data from the previous inspection to the current day and attach it in PDF format along with the report.

1.10.       Check if it's correct whether grounded panel And OK whether the wire grounding _

1.11.       Make sure that connection external chains corresponds on days off terminals panels using _ diagram connections panels _

• Check performance panels _ imitate actuation detector And Make sure that indication , messages and teams management correspond programmed mode.

• Disable nutrition from networks And check performance panels similarly the procedure described higher .

• Disable network And backup power supply .

• • Connect terminals block 220 V.

• • * WITH with help megohmmeter measure resistance isolation between grounding And terminals located _ under voltage _

• Note : Meaning resistance isolation must be Not less than 20 MW .
