This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

As with all heavy equipment, it’s important to inspect and maintain your and boom lifts to ensure they’re running efficiently and improving your productivity. This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

    Inspection Note: On all components, make sure there are no loose or missing parts, that they are securely fastened, and no visible damage, leaks or excessive wear exists in addition to any other criteria mentioned.

    Platform Assembly and Gate

    Skyguard

    Platform Control Console

    Platform Rotator

    All Hydraulic Cylinders

    Boom Sections/Turntable

    Wheel/Tire Assemblies

    Drive motor, brake and hub

    Hood Assemblies

    Swing Drive

    Turntable bearing

    Hydraulic Pump

    Steering Spindles and Sensors

    Counterweight.

    Ground Control Console

    Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump
