INSTRUCTIONS
- Visual inspection of all common areas, mechanical rooms and rooftops for cleanliness, damage, graffiti or any required repairs.
- Visual inspection of all equipment for leaks, damage or other issues.
- All mechanical rooms to be free and clear of all storage and debris. Broom swept and clean.
- Test for proper function of elevators.
- Drains free and clear of any debris.
FLAG = Anything to note, no repairs required
FAIL = Issue requires further action or repairs. Provide photo of issue and describe plan of action. To remain as FAIL until issue is rectified, provide daily updates.
