Follow this procedure for the regular inspection of your machine's overall condition including its roller, air lines and tanks, belts, heaters, wire cables, and make sure proper working condition.

    Look over the overall appearance of the machine.

    Inspect the condition of the nip and dancer rollers.

    Drain the air tank and regulators filters

    Inspect the air lines for any leaks or pinch markings.

    Inspect the condition and tension of timing belts

    Inspect the Teflon and heater heads for damage.

    Inspect the wire cables to each of the heads for exposed wire or fraying.

    Check for bearing wear and metal debris on or around rollers.

    Grease all grease points around the machine.

    Look for any water leaks on and around the machine.

    Verify that all the estops and light curtains are working properly.
