This Procedure ensures a comprehensive and efficient process for introducing new assets into your fleet, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

    Enter the name of the new asset

    Enter the date of asset acquisition (day it arrived to Voigts)

    Enter the initial meter reading of the asset (miles)

    Meter name
    Unit

    Upload the asset's purchase invoice

    Add or drag pictures

    US/Minnesota State DOT Inspection

    Add or drag pictures

    SAMSARA Installation

    Samsara Gateway number

    Provision install

    Decals Installed

    Interior/Baggage bay items

    Radio Installation if charter bus

    Totes in Baggage Bay

    Cleaning supplies

    Charter supplies

    Interior Items

    Sign off on the asset onboarding
