HVAC Tech PM Inspection (HVAC Tech)

Refrigerant:

• Check HP/LP readings (Provide readings in notes)

• Check all Refrigerant Lines for Leaks.

• Inspect all refrigerant lines for rubbing.

• Check all Condenser/Evaporator Coils for Leaks.

Electrical:

• Check all electrical wires for corrosion, looseness, burn mark and rubbing. Ensure all electrical connections are tight.

• Check Compressor A for proper operation. Take Amp reading on each leg of power. (Provide readings in notes)

• Check Compressor B (if equipped) for proper operations. Take Amp reading on each leg of power. (Provide readings in notes)

• Check Condenser fans and motors for proper operation. (Provide Amp readings in Notes)

• Check blower motor and fan for proper operation. (Provide Amp readings in Notes)

• Check the reheat valve for proper operation.

• Check the VFD for proper operations. (If equipped)

• Check Capacitors for bulging, verify tolerance on capacitors. (Provide readings in Notes)

Heating:

• Check Heating Element for proper operation and condition. Check Amp draw. (Provide readings in notes)

• If applicable, check gas manifold pressure.

• If applicable, check gas burner condition.

• Clean ignitor

• Clean flame sensor

Equipment Final Check:

• Check to see if the Schrader Caps are present and have rubber gaskets

• Ensure all doors and hatches are properly closed and secure.

• Blow drain lines where accessible

Inspection Check Status:

• Pass
• Flag
• Fail

Detailed description of work performed. Ensure all Amp readings are noted in WO. Provide before and After photos.
