Daily Inspection

• Verify the salt level in the brine tank is between the min and max levels.

• Ensure the brine tank is full of water. This tank is not self filling, so if it is not full, then fill it with the valve connected to the hose running into the container.

• Verify that the heater and/or ventilation fan are blowing.

• Verify compressor operating gauges are operating in the green area indicated on the dial.

• Ensure that the oil separator level is at least to the center of the middle glass window.

• Conduct a visual inspection of liquid separator and condenser for leaks. Leaks will be oily.

• Assure red auger screw is clear and no ice clogging the machine.

• Assure cage is down over the red auger screw and the sensor has good contact.
