Placement of equipment in accordance With CPSC standards.
Age-appropriate signage present.
Ground cover well maintained.
Equipment in good condition, well – maintained.
Entrapment hazards on equipment.

Park mowed and trimmed.
Landscape well maintained
Trash receptacles placed throughout park.
Dog stations maintained throughout park.
Picnic tables in good condition: no splinters or broken hardware.
Water fountains in good condition: no broken hardware.
