Intralox ARB S7000 Daily Preventive Maintenance
This procedure involves performing daily checks on the Intralox ARB S7000 to identify any signs of damage, wear, or irregularities in the belt, frame, and safety systems. It ensures that all components, such as sprockets and emergency stops, are in proper working order to maintain efficient operation.
Inspect the floor and conveyor frame for plastic dust. Plastic dust may indicate something is rubbing against the belt.
Observe equipment in normal operation and inspect for damage to guards, structures, enclosures, or electrical boxes.
Inspect the belt for missing or damaged belt modules.
Inspect the belt for missing, damaged, or protruding belt rods.
Inspect the belt for proper sprocket engagement.
Inspect equipment for irregular noises or vibrations.
Inspect the emergency stops and other safety devices to ensure they operate properly (if applicable)*
Inspect the conveyor belt surface to ensure it is clean and free from debris.
