Gunter Roll to Roll Preventive Maintenance
Follow this procedure which includes lubrication, check and inspection of machine parts, and filter change to ensure proper working condition and prolong machine's lifespan.
Grease all Grease Zerks.
Check all cogged flat belts for wear.
Check all pulley's for wear.
Check all bearings for wear.
Inspect Teflon for wear
Check knife blade.
Check the water connection for leaks to each of the sealing heads.
Check the electrical connection to each of the sealing heads for tight connection.
Check main compressed air filters assembly on the winder of the machine for proper operation and empty bowels.
Change air filters on cabinets

Cleaned and Cleared for production
