Filling Station Inspection
Check vertical adjustment bolts
Check nut on cylinder rod
Check temperature of vessel using a laser thermometer
Check for distillate leaking from vessel to syringes
Check linear bearings for wear or lack of lubricant
Check for air leaks
Capping Station Inspection
Check vertical adjustment bolts
Check nut on cylinder rod
Check plungers for loose or tight springs
Check for air leaks
Check linear bearings for wear or lack of lubricant
Check clamp rubber pieces are not worn/missing
Unloading Station Inspection
Check vertical adjustment bolts
Check nut on cylinder rod
Check plungers for loose or tight springs
Check for air leaks
Check linear bearings for wear or lack of lubricant
Check clamps for worn or missing rubber mat
Overall Inspection
Check conveyor belt for tracking or wear
Check lift up table
Check conveyor pulleys and belt
Check Estop, stop, and start buttons
Check movements for any sticking on cylinders and bearings
