Blow Mold Service

Plastic Machine Service

• Check sight glass for hydraulic fluid Add if needed

• Visually check all Belts on Screw gear case replace if needed

• Verify coolant system is flowing at all access points

• Grease all bearings and slides and linear Rails

Check Safety Devices

• Verify all estop Switches are operational

• Verify all safety mats for proper function

• Verify Light curtains are operational

• Verify Gate switches are operational

Electrical checks

• Lock out main power breaker

• check all main power connections for Tightness and for any discoloration of coating

• Use compressed Air and blow all dust and Debris out of cabnets
