Perform LOTO in accordance with the LOTO Risk Assessment
Check jaw alignments.
Check jaw heater carrier bearing blocks for wear.
Check backup rubber and H channel for wear, replace as needed.
Check sponge foam rubber for wear (check that it retains its natural spring), replace as needed.
Check jaw cylinder for wear, replace if needed.
Grease drive linkage needle bearings (remove and repack), use light weight grease.
Grease drive cylinder block needle bearing. Use light weight grease.
Grease jaw drive cylinder block needle bearing. Use light weight grease.
Lubricate jaw drive transfer linear bearing blocks. Use light oil.
