Cold Weather Membrane System Operation Global Organization

Whaley gas chiller should be taken off-line (If provided on equipment package)

TV-3224needs to be set to manual and temperature set to maintain discharge gas temperature of >80 F

R&R cooler needs to be set to maintain a temperature on TT-122 to 50 F or higher.

It may possibly need to be set to run in operator mode at a low speed down to 10 Hz
Further, you may need to block off some of the bottom of cooling fan with tarps, cardboard, or plywood. This step should only be necessary if slowing down cooling fan is not proving to have enough of an impact, or slowing cooling fan is increasing oil temp too much.

Condensate Knock Out vessels needs to be drained at shutdown of equipment
