Blow any dirt off the condenser with compressed air.
Use a cleaner to clean the condenser.
Blow off any cleaner remaining on the condenser or unit cooler with compressed air.

All steps complete. Assemble and check the unit.

Install the fan and panel.
Turn on the dielectric fluid ON.
Start the unit cooler.
Confirm that there is no abnormal noise.

Inspect Air Filter Regulator

Spin cock (17) CCW to drain excess dirt and oil from system.

Clean element (13) as well as metal ball with detergent and blow dry with compressed air.

Reassemble and turn cock (17) CW in order to bring back pressure into the specified range.

Can pressure be reestablished to the correct level?

Shut off air supply in order to disassemble to check for further damage.

Inspection of Oil Filter

Turn Discharge knob CCW to release oil and debris that is caught in the catch bowl.

Loosen body of filter in order to clean metal bowl with light detergent.

Filter needs replacement every 2 years. Does the filter need replacing?

Reattach filter element with filter body, and tighten knob CW in order to achieve the specified air pressure on gage.

Clean Floatless Water Sensor behind AT unit.

Chiller Unit

Clean and adjust the chiller unit.

Clean chiller unit.

Blow any dirt off the condenser with compressed air.

Use a cleaner to clean the condenser.

Blow off any cleaner remaining on the condenser or unit cooler with compressed air.

All steps complete. Assemble and check the unit.

Install the fan and panel.

Turn on the dielectric fluid ON.

Start the unit cooler.

Confirm that there is no abnormal noise.
