Inflow points are free from obstruction by vegetation, debris and sediment.
Inflow points are free from erosion.
Fabric and/or rip-rap is stable.
The pipe condition at the inflow point is stable.
There is no visible pollution or muddiness of water.
The pond is free of trash/litter.
There is no invasive vegetation in the pond, i.e., cattails.
There is no algae cover in the pond.
There is no bare soil or erosion on the side slopes.
The side slopes are mowed and landscaping is maintained.
Emergency spillway is free of obstructions.
Water level returns to normal elevation within 5 days of a rainfall event.
There is no bare soil on the embankment.
All trees and shrubs are healthy.
The embankment is free of animal burrows.
Grass cover is healthy and mowed.
The outflow is unobstructed and free of debris.
The outflow is free from erosion.
The overall condition of the pond area and water condition is satisfactory.
