Wastewater lift station inspections are important to ensure systems are operating within government regulation. Failure to do so could result in a health code violation and hefty fines. This station is located within the Plant of the Empire Theatre station inspection once a year.

Wastewater lift station inspections are important to ensure systems are operating within government regulation. Failure to do so could result in a health code violation and hefty fines. This station is located within the Plant of the Empire Theatre station inspection once a year.

Open front Panel Door latches

Check Toggle Switch Settings H=Manual O=Off A=automatic if all 3 switch work move to next step

Run Each pump with Manual switch no problems put back to the A position

Check for tripped Breakers at top left corner marked 1CB, 2CB, 3 CB

If all breaker have not tripped close panel test completed

At anytime a breaker is trip and or toggle switch not working call manager

Make sure you add Date and Signature
