Perform LOTO as Reuired
Food Safety Pre-Check
Inspect belt for integrity and proper tracking. Adjust tracking as necessary.
Inspect over all machine integrity. tighten loose hardware as necessary.
Inspect drive chain and sprockets for wear, proper alignment, and proper tension. Replace and/or adjust as necessary.
Inspect bearings, rollers, motor and gear. Ensure no excessive noise or heat. Ensure no leaking seals
Verify photo eyes are clean and working properly. Light on back of eye should go out when eye is blocked
