Clean the machine exterior using a dry cloth

Inspect spreader conveyor belt for any wear and tear

Clean precompression and Eject tooling pins

Ensure all emergencies stop buttons are operational by running the machine and pressing EMO buttons

Clean the material adjust station

Clean the dust from the electrical enclosure

Ensure that the back panel is closed

Lubricate the gear on the spreader

Inspect all pneumatic cylinders for air leaks, use ladder to inspect top of machine

Inspect the frame for any cracks

Inspect the gear on the outfeed conveyor and lubricate the gears using high temp grease

Lubricate the bearing on the infeed conveyor using high temp grease

Lubricate the bearing on the outfeed conveyor using high temp grease

Run the machine and make sure no abnormalities are observed

Inspect WIP trays and dispose any not acceptable trays. Mark fail if there was defective trays and type number of trays.
